At Revolve Therapy, we specialize in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ADHD support, Stress Management, Trauma-Informed Care, Life Transitions Support, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. We also offer group sessions for vision board making and focus exclusively on providing therapy to adults.
2. Who can benefit from the services at Revolve Therapy?
Our services are designed to help adults aged 18 and older who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation. We do not currently offer services for teenagers or children.
3. What is the difference between DBT and CBT?
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) focuses on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is centered around identifying and changing negative thought patterns that influence behavior. Both therapies are evidence-based and effective for treating anxiety, depression, and stress.
4. How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment directly through our online portal, powered by Owl Practice. Simply select your preferred date and time, and choose between in-person, virtual, or phone appointments.
5. What are the appointment options at Revolve Therapy?
We offer flexible appointment options to meet your needs, including in-person sessions at our Saskatoon office, virtual therapy via video conferencing, and phone consultations. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
6. What should I expect during my first therapy session?
Your first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals with Glenna Good. During this session, Glenna will help you develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs. It’s a safe and supportive environment where you can explore what brings you to therapy.
7. How long is each therapy session?
Each therapy session lasts approximately 50 minutes. However, the length of the session can be tailored to your needs and the type of therapy being provided.
8. Is therapy at Revolve Therapy confidential?
Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. All sessions at Revolve Therapy adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with professional ethical standards.
9. Do you offer therapy for couples or families?
No, Revolve Therapy focuses solely on individual counseling for adults. We do not offer couple or family therapy at this time.
10. Can I attend group sessions?
Yes! We offer group sessions for vision board making, where you can engage in a creative process to clarify your goals and aspirations alongside others in a supportive environment.
